All entrees are accompanied by a Baby Green Salad with Blush, French or Balsamic Vinaigrette.
For an additional cost you may select a customized Garden Salad, Baby Spinach Salad, Caesar Salad, Roasted Pear Salad with Gorgonzola Cheese and Toasted Walnuts, Bruschetta with white beans, olives and tomatoes, Feta-stuffed Roasted Eggplant with Arugula, Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Salad, Beet and Goat Cheese Napolean Salad or many more.
Entrees are also accompanied by sliced French and Italian breads as well as whole grain and French dinner rolls.

- Rental of tables, chairs, linens, napkins, flatware, china and table glasses. *
- Ice, bar fruit, mixers, bar glasses, bar table, linens and beverage napkins.

A proposal/invoice will be prepared for you after you complete this form.
Notes:
- Payment arrangements are as follows:
- A deposit at time of confirmation of date.
- The balance is due the day of the event.
- We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, personal checks and cash.
- We need to know the final count of guests to attend the party one week before the event. Consider this timeframe when preparing invitations.
